First Class USPS and International First Class. I usually ship the same day or the day after.

Refunds and Exchanges
If any item bought gets delivered broken let me know as soon as you get it and once you send it back I'll either refund the money or exchange it. Keep in mind that bones are fragile, so if the item breaks after you received it there will be no refund. I suggest to keep the item in a hard case and away from water.

Additional Policies and FAQs
If you have a Custom Order you need to give me a few days to a week to make it (depending on what it is), then the item will be shipped. Contact me first before buying for more information. I can also customize your clothing, contact me for more information.
